Service Description

Take the opportunity to daydream, discuss and contemplate preferences for your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience with a knowledgeable doula who can help navigate any questions you have, expand your knowledge and confidence in the birth and postpartum planning and help you more effectively communicate with your family and care providers. At the end of our meeting you will be provided an electronic, editable copy of your birth plan and/or postpartum plan to take with you on your journey, along with limited additional virtual support after the initial meeting.
