My name is Kali. I'm a life coach with passion and training in the following categories:

I am excited to connect with individuals and families who wish to learn how to better optimize their health and wellness through nutrition and exercise. I aim to provide personalized and unbiased support for whatever journey you're taking in life, to include physical, emotional, educational, logistical support as well as connection to local and virtual resources. Assisting you in coming up with realistic goals and implementation practices, learn how to manage and overcome impulsive and negative thought patterns, learn new habits, and build structured plans for short term or long term goals are just some of the services I offer.

Additionally, I provide perinatal planning, consulting, birth plan building and review, coaching and in person or virtual doula support to any pregnant clients. I support all LGBTQ+ families and also provide compassionate support for those experiencing loss or termination of pregnancy at any point. 

I am a US Navy Veteran, a mother to twin boys and two step children. I have had my own experiences and struggles with weight and health management, depression, anxiety and PTSD, within the military, my perinatal experience and beyond. While I may bring the tools I've learned through my own life into my services, my goal is to hold space for you however it may look, and help you develop the tools you need to overcome your own challenges, meet your needs and thrive.
